We offer in-home delivery and set up with our own professionally trained furniture delivery teams. We will be more than happy to schedule an appointment to deliver your furniture if that is something you’re interested in. Our normal delivery charges for online purchases are $99.99 within 30 miles of any Gibson’s Home Store. Deliveries between 25 and 50 miles of the store are $129.99. Limitations may apply for delivery around your local Gibson’s Home Store. Delivery charges could vary based on promotional specials, distance, and item purchased. We do not deliver beyond 50 miles of our store for online purchases. For items in our Express Ship program, there is no charge for shipping, and they can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States at no extra charge. See store for details.
Delivery Time Frame
Once all items on your order have been received from suppliers and are in inventory, you should expect someone from our delivery department to call you and schedule an appointment for your in-home delivery. For items in our Express Ship program, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground based on availability, and usually arrives at your home in 2 to 6 days from the time of shipping.
Product or Pricing Inaccuracies
While we take every precaution to insure all products and pricing are correct on our website, mistakes do occur. Should you find a mistake, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Prices and the availability of products and our services are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, we will, from time to time, make pricing mistakes. We will endeavor to promptly correct any mistakes as we become aware of them. We reserve the right to revoke any offer and/or correct any error at any time, including after an order has been submitted and even in the event that your method of payment has been charged. Any disputes related to pricing will be resolved at our sole and complete discretion.
An order that is purchased online may be cancelled at any time before delivery if the customer pays a 20% restocking fee. If the merchandise is refused at the time of delivery due to damage, the restocking fee will be waived. No returns will be accepted after the delivery has been made.
